The following agreement is between the reseller and Reymax Software. All of the following terms and conditions must be adhered to and are legally binding immediately upon agreement. Reymax Software reserves the right to terminate any agreement upon their discretion. You can send traffic any way you want through links to our website. You may link pictures or text directly with your linkid. If you plan on sending emails with your linkid, you must contact us for permission first. Spamming will result in the forfiet of all profits. You may NOT place links on any newsgroup postings. Payees will be paid a commission from 60 days from the time a user visits the site. Whenever the user visits our site, a 60-day cookies is placed on their system. The cookie cannot be destroyed by the software. If the user re-visits the site, the cookie is re-established. Each time the cookie is re-established, it will exist for 60 days. If the user purchases with the cookie present, the reseller will receive credit for the sale. swreg.org (the processor for CompuServe) will track all sales. Reymax Software will use this information to pay resellers. Reymax Software will pay you 30% of the current selling price through any website link or trial copy distribution. You are allowed to send traffic to the URL designated to your reseller ID, or by distribution of the trial.exe executable 30-day trial copy provided.
swreg.org log files will prevail in determining sales. We are very fair -- and all sales by affiliates will be counted and paid for. Reymax Software will not be held responsible for loss due to downtimes resulting from complications with your hosting equipment, or our hosting equipment, or techinical errors.
SPAMMING WILL NOT BE TOLORATED! Reports of spamming should be directed to abuse@reymax.com and will be delt with accordingly. All payouts will be held, and the user will be deleted. Please do not spam -- we will not be able to pay you if you do. This includes spamming of email, newsgroups, Instant Messenger services, etc.
If you SPAM, your account will be entered into our blacklist. We share that blacklist with other programs. You will never be allowed to re-join and all funds will be forfeited. You will not be given a second chance and your account will be deleted. Please DO NOT SPAM.
Reymax Software reserves the right to cancel this program at any time with 30 days notice. If you violate this agreement in any way, funds will be held for an investigation period. If it is determined that you have cheated or spammed in any way, funds will not be paid out. Advertisers whose account has been terminated must contact Reymax Software. Reymax Software reserves the right to change the payout within 10 days notice. If we do, you will be notified 10 days in advance. Reymax Software reserves the right to deny any person an affiliate membership and to terminate any agreement at any time. This is used in case an individual is spamming or doing other shady/illegal activities. You may post as many links as you wish -- and distribute as many trial copies as you wish. All funds are paid by check or wire in US funds to the address in your account. Our log files will prevail in determining the number of sales. Refunds and chargebacks will be removed from revenue stream for the affiliate. We have a 30-day refund policy - and if the customer decides to return the software, we will deduct that sale from your month end report. The action of sending any clicks from any URL that contains and/or promotes the following content is a violation of this agreement: child pornography, warez, password selling or trading, SPAM, or any other shady practice. Reymax reseller is an advertising program. Joining our program does not indicate an employment agreement with Reymax Software. Any attempt to mislead or defraud us in any way will result in termination of your account. Signups generated as a requirement to access goods or services on another site will result in termination of your account. Affiliates may not create a purchase under their affiliate ID in order to get paid from generating a sale on their own. Payment will be made monthly on accounts that exceed $50 in profits. Less than $50 in revenue to be paid will be brought over to the next month until at least $50 is earned - at which time, the affiliate will be paid. |
